Three decades of standing with, not standing over.
Since our founding, we've worked on the principle that people living in poverty are not beneficiaries to be managed but leaders to be backed. Our role is to add resources, connections and pressure where communities already have the analysis and the will.
Today that means programmes in women's rights, climate resilience, youth leadership, child rights and humanitarian response — run with hundreds of local partner organisations from the coast to the hill tracts.
